Brussels Sprouts with Thyme
serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 C Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 t dried thyme
- 1/4 C parsley
Instructions
- Toss the sprouts with the thyme in 2T of oil, season to taste, then roast at 425, tossing once or twice, until browned in spots and tender
- Plate, garnish with parsley, and serve.
