Brussels Sprouts with Thyme

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Toss the sprouts with the thyme in 2T of oil, season to taste, then roast at 425, tossing once or twice, until browned in spots and tender
  2. Plate, garnish with parsley, and serve.
